New Partnership

We are so excited to be working with another artist carrying his work in our pendants. Keith Donaldson is the artist with Silhouettes in a Snap and makes hand sculptured silhouettes in minutes! We met him this weekend at the Wiregrass Mall Art & Craft Show and were just amazed! Jennifer sat for him for about 2 minutes & in that time, he cut out the perfect silhouette out of black paper of her.

My parents had ones done of my brother and I back in the 70's at Disney. I'm so excited to get ones done of my children & not only hang them in our house, but get to wear them as a pendant!

Exclusive Sweet Whimsy pendants

Sweet Whimsy has started out 2010 with a bang!!! We are working with 3 artists and are making pendants with their images.....and only Sweet Whimsy will have them! They are exclusive to us, so you won't be able to find these images anywhere else.

Two artists are local to the Tampa area.

The other is from Marcia Locke. Marcia paints beautiful pet portraits and her work makes just gorgeous pendants.

Ugh!

What is it with keeping up with this blog? I seem to forget it's out there or something! It's been FOREVER since I last posted & I'm going to try to get on a schedule with posting here from now on.

Tons has been going on with me lately. Sweet Whimsy is absolutely taking off & it's getting difficult to keep up with all of the custom orders. Custom photo pendants are definitely a HIT! We are currently working with 2 local photographers, Nicole Geller Photography & Organic Images by K. Alexander, and continue to get photos emailed to us directly from customers to turn into pendants.

We also can't seem to keep enough decoupage clipboards in stock! Sold 4 last weekend and we are currently working on 6 custom ones!! AMAZING!

Who knows what will happen after our show at Keystone UMC in Odessa this weekend, but I have a feeling we'll be having to make non-stop pendants to keep up with the demand!!
